Description: All creatures within the area of effect are shrouded in a haze of darkness which can only be pierced using Ultravision. Removes Faerie Fire effects for targets entering the Area of Effect. Protects light-sensitive characters when boarding other ships and protects from and restores sunlight penalties to light-sensitive races.

Notes

  • Is no longer considered a hostile spell. NPC companions will no longer attack the caster. Undead spawns (NPC's) ignore Darkness.
  • Bug: Casting Ultravision while in Darkness may cause permanent blindness after resting (or removing ultravision). Relogging fixes the issue.
