Combat Mastery - Grants scaling Unarmed AB & Damage bonuses as well as Armed Damage for Monk weapons within Weapon Focus. See the Monk#Combat_Mastery table below.
Monk Weapon Bonuses - Monk Weapons gain the following bonuses at different marks, the bonuses do not stack with each other:

Combat Mastery grants scaling Unarmed AB & Damage bonuses as well as Armed Damage for Monk weapons within a Weapon Focus feat you choose. For example, a Katana would receive the Armed AB and DMG bonuses from Weapon Focus: (one-handed edged).
