Description: Caster designates a creature with blood as a sacrifice and tries to turn its blood into a swarm of insects that ravage the target's location. The primary target takes d6 per caster level bleeding damage (max 20d6) as the insect swarm of transmuted blood escapes its body. Anyone within the swarm's range, except for the primary target, is bitten for 10d6 piercing damage, slowed for 1 round, and afflicted with hemorrhage (10% Piercing, Slashing, Bleeding vulnerability). If the primary target is killed by the initial damage, the swarm becomes empowered, doubling the damage and increasing the DC by 2.
