Description: When this spell is cast, the caster chooses to be protected from either good, evil, law, or chaos. The spell target and all party members within 3.3 meter radius receive protection against creatures of the chosen alignment: +2 deflection bonus to armor class, +2 to all saving throws, and +4 will saves. Bonuses granted by multiple alignment spells are cumulative, but characters can only be warded against two alignments at a time. Bonus saves against neutral creatures are reduced by half and deflection AC only applies to chosen protections. The protections also reduce the alignment divergence probability that summons of the chosen alignments will turn hostile.

Notes

  • Characters warded against Good and Evil would receive a +2 bonus to all saving throws against all alignments.
  • Characters warded against Law and Evil would get:
  • +4 to all saving throws against LE.
  • +3 against LN and NE.
  • +2 against LG, TN and CE.
  • +1 against NG and CN.
  • No bonus against CG.
