Introduction

A half-fiend in the truest sense, a Durzagon is the result of a powerful, disguised Devil choosing an unsuspecting Duergar to bear their progeny. Taller than the Duergar they live among, Durzagons sport rusty coloured skin that emits noticeable heat, and other fiend-blood signs such as claws and red-streaked hair are often present. They use these traits to great effect in combat, delighting in both bloody melee and magical brawls. Their presence is welcomed in Duergar society, seen as an Infernal blessing, and they often end up in positions of power. It is not uncommon to see a Durzagon cleric in charge of a city's temple to Laduguer.
