- Overheal: The Cleric converts excess healing into temporary hit points. The hit point bonus is limited to 1 per Cleric, Harper Priest and Zhentarim Fear Speaker levels, and lasts for a period of three rounds. The duration is refreshed on further applications of Overheal.
- Regenerate refreshes and stacks the Overheal hit point bonus, while Monstrous Regeneration doesn't.
- Sympathetic Healing: Healing spells, cast from the spellbook, which heals others also heals the caster for 25% of the amount healed and applies Overheal.
- Empower Healing - The following healing spells are cast as if with the empower spell feat. Including other sources like drinking curative potions except heal potions.
