[[Smithing]], also known as Forging, Blacksmithing and many other names, is a type of [[Crafting]] available on Arelith.  Forgers use [[Resources|resources]] to create a wide variety of products at an [[#Anvil|anvil]] or a [[Art crafting#Forging_workstation|forging workstation]].  These workstations can be found in most cities and settlements or can be created with [[Smithing]] or [[Art crafting]].
 
Smiths also create [[#Materials|materials]] needed for most other types of crafting.

Repair kits repair items as a craftsperson would at a workstation.  Each tradeskill can make separate repair kits which repair certain equipment:

Smithing, also known as Forging, Blacksmithing and many other names, is a type of Crafting available on Arelith. Forgers use resources to create a wide variety of products at an anvil or a forging workstation. These workstations can be found in most cities and settlements or can be created with Smithing or Art crafting.

Smiths also create materials needed for most other types of crafting.

Thieves Tools

Seeing the option to make lockpicks requires a number of levels in one of the roguish classes. The levels stack with each other. +12 lockpicks can only be crafted by Rogues and Assassins.

The classes are: Bard, Rogue, Shadowdancer, Assassin. Paths and subclasses do not qualify.
