A Cleric with Suffering Domain is bound to the concept of endurance and pain.



Domain Special Abilities

Bonus Abilities

  • Overheal: The Cleric converts excess healing into temporary hit points. The hit point bonus is limited to 2 per Cleric, Harper Priest and Zhentarim Fear Speaker levels, and lasts for a period of three rounds. The duration is refreshed on further applications of Overheal.
  • Regenerate refreshes and stacks the Overheal hit point bonus, while Monstrous Regeneration doesn't.
