Lockpicks require a number of levels in one of the roguish classes to be crafted. The levels stack with each other. +12 lockpicks can only be crafted by Rogues and Assassins.

The classes are: Bard, Rogue, Shadowdancer, Assassin. Paths and subclasses do not qualify.
