Forging: Special armour

All these weapons have a custom extremely high UMD requirement, nearly impossible (90~). Most of these require a specific class or subrace to be crafted, however, the wielding requirements are less vague. IE: An armor may need a duergar smith, but it may be worn by all dwarven races. All armors and weapons that require a class to be crafted need at least 3 levels unless it is otherwise noted.
