Special weapons

All these weapons have a custom extremely high UMD requirement, nearly impossible (90~). Most of these require a specific class or subrace to be crafted, however, the wielding requirements are less vague. IE: A weapon may need a duergar smith, but it may be wielded by all dwarven races.
