| It is still possible to [[roleplay]] purple dragon knight without actually taking the prestige class. The Purple Dragon Knights of Cormyr were probably one of the most renowned knightly factions in Faerun, wide-diversity of skill and stuff, so it wouldn't be hard to implement a build to fit it.
