Specifics: All arcane spell slots of level 2 and below are instantly refreshed. If granted by the Deep Imaskari race, this ability can be activated once per rest. Otherwise, it refreshes every 30 minutes. This timer can be skipped once per rest if the character is a Deep Imaskari Generalist Wizard of level 21 and higher. Note: Arcane casters that memorise spells can only restore the spells they prepared during their last rest.
