Qibap is a imp devil from Baator. She was a bureoucratic imp that keep track of contracts in Dis. Her good work was being noticed by the speed and perfectionism, and for that she gor "freed" into the surface. (Devils don't like competition)

Qibap appeared in Andunor and started to build up her plans. First she build a slave army, and a hoard of allies. Then she joined the Scourge and climbed up her position, until assuming acting leadership while Kaarstag was away.

That ambitious little imp has much to do yet, until her plans are complete.
