Description: Some creatures have the inherent ability to generate an aura of undertow that completely surrounds them. Any hostile creature entering the area of effect will suffer -1 AC and a 10% Move Speed reduction (save for no effect) they will also suffer cold damage each round of (1 + caster's hit dice/4)d3 (save for half). Fortitude Save (DC 5 + caster's HD).
Notes
- The aura effects have a 12 second cooldown, meaning the aura triggers on entry and then every 12 seconds
