Elven (or sometimes, by Elves, called True Tongue) is the language of all surface Elves. Its script is known as Espruar.
Xanalress is the dialect of elven spoke by Drow; on Arelith it is given its own unique category as a language. Drow start out with it automatically. Other elven races would have to learn Xanalress as a separate and distinct language from Elven.
