| Mages (wizards and sorcerers) require spell components to cast higher level (7-9) spells. In order to be used, the spell components must be kept in a spell components pouch. It's just too fiddly to try to pull them out of your bag while casting spells.

| Spell components can be crafted through either alchemy or art crafting. Alchemical spell components require 1 greenstone and 1 glass, while art crafting spell components require 1 malachite and 1 brass.
